5 Habits that could be making you Dumber!

In today's society, now more than ever, it's imperative that we are able to analyze data, learn new apps and upgrades and be able to make good judgment calls on the spur of a moment. Unfortunately, a lot of people are in habits that could be causing them undo stress, pain and loss - in both relationships and financial situations!

Let's take a look at 5 Habits that could be  impairing your judgment and interfering with your ability to make good decisions.

#1 - Stop thinking you know it all! This arrogant, pompous thinking causes more arguments, frustration, stress and anxiety to both parties - the one that thinks they know it all and the person they are engaging with! You could have 100 lifetimes and you'll still never know it all! Ditch this Stinkin' Thinkin' and grab onto this statement instead - "The more I learn, the more I realize I need to learn!" Become a Life Student!

#2 - Not getting proper vitamins - you're fooling yourself if you think you're getting enough vital nutrients, minerals and vitamins from the food you eat. Even if all you eat is organic! The soil today is NOT as 'healthful' as it used to be. Bare minimum, yYou need to invest in a Good Multi-vitamin, Complex Vitamin B & Omega 3 supplement.

#3 - Refined Sugar - especially first thing in the morning! Pop Tarts, Cereals, Little Debbie Cakes, etc. I could talk about this subject until I died! Bottom line is this - Sugar hampers your memory and slows down brain activity.

#4 - Watching TV or randomly surfing the internet - it literally dumbs you down because it minimizes your ability to have mental control & discipline and weakens our higher-order cognitive processes.

#5 - Staying up Late - it impairs attention span, which can be costly when it comes to financial decisions!

Bonus #1 - Consuming Junk Food on a daily basis. It can cause you to have a lower brain percentage! Did you know that obese people have 8% less brain tissue and overweight people have 4% less than normal weight Individuals? 'Think' about what you're eating on an hourly basis!|

Bonus #2 - Lack of Exercise - it's been proven countless times that exercise makes you stronger, more resilient and allows you to think better, clearer and be more creative! You don't do yourself any favors by skipping your work outs!
