I use adnauseum and opera ad blocker with privacy badger and have no issues (for now) ive like watched a whole playlist of 10+ vids with no popups, ads or blocks. I think youtube is blocking opera from accessing youtube all together so make sure your browser fringerprint is giving out an other browser https://coveryourtracks.eff.org.
