When I tried using OBS just to make a video of a game, it was laggy and had many dropped frames. It was hard to use and I couldn't figure out how to stop the lagging. Whereas, the Xbox Game bar was way simpler and the clip had no dropped frames or lag. I prefer to use Xbox Game Bar nowadays. Sometimes I go back to OBS and try it again to see it was a bug and had been patched but I had no success.

As the title suggests, I just followed the video on how to purge medal and did so, but in my startup apps there is still a "Update" for medal.tv. I disabled it on startup, but I'm not sure why it's still there after purging the app. Source: 8 months ago

My normal microphone works fine in voicemeeter, but when I select the voicemeeter option in discord, medal.tv, etc it doesnt pick up any audio. I have tried:. Source: 9 months ago
So, I was doing some space clean up the other day when I noticed my fps in games have been dropping a lot. This never happened before and I wondered why.... I tried confirming with a clipping software, Medal.tv, and the video recorded was in lower fps than normal. Even with medal.tv off in the background, no changes except an increase of 40-50 fps.
