Watch my SSL's answer
As a SaaS developer, I maintain multiple websites, each with different technologies and infrastructure types underneath. While they're all on auto-renew cycles for their SSL certificates, stuff happens now and then, and more than once we've woken up to user complaints about one of our websites not being accessible to our users. Sure enough, it was an expired SSL certificate, and the fix was simple, but not without losing all our traffic in the meantime, and the trust of our users. In order to prevent this from happening again, we created an external service to monitor our certificates. Since we realized that others might be on the same boat, we decided to make it a public service available to anyone.
Based on our record, SSL.com should be more popular than Watch my SSL. It has been mentiond 6 times since March 2021. I just launched https://watchmyssl.com to track the expiration date of my websites' SSL certificates, so they don't go dark without me noticing. It's happened a few times in some of my websites, and it's super frustrating. Source: 6 months ago
Hi everyone, earlier this week I launched https://watchmyssl.com as a way to track the expiration date of my websites' SSL certificates, so they don't go dark without me noticing. It's happened a few times in some of my websites, and it's super frustrating to consider how many visitors I may have lost until I (or more frequently a potential customer) noticed. I currently use ssl.com for a SMIME certificate which works. Emails sent to gmail for example will show the email as signed/trusted even if it's not encrypted. Source: 3 months ago

I have succeeded in getting the code signing done in the Windows environment. I bought an EV cert online went through the process of signing the Mesh agent files. All is working well. However, I am finding that Apple has its own code signing process and doesn't use these outside providers like ssl.com and others. Source: 10 months ago
Hey shipmates, so I'm trying to enroll in the FMF Academy so I can earn my FMF Pin, but I can only do so by registering online with my government email. That being said, I'm able to see some of my emails like from the NOSC and such, but I cannot see emails from NAVNETWARCOM, because of S/MIME. Do I have to get onto the SSL.com website and get a S/MIME from that website, so I can finally enroll in the online FMF... Source: almost 2 years ago
See my edit. I am switching to https://ssl.com, which has no rate limiting in place. Problem solved! Source: about 2 years ago
