Wildcards should be used not for cards but for decks. If you really want to play with like Liliana sure you can craft her and throw her into whatever you're running, otherwise you can look for budget or low cost decks to craft (apps like Untapped can show you decks you can craft with your WCs and collection) with your initial WC resources, going for a budget build allows you to get something more consistent than... There's Arena focused sites like Untapped or AetherHub which are also apps you can get for in-game UI overlays and stat tracking, and lots of other sites out there for MtG decks though some won't always be for Arena. For example budget deck lists for tabletop can be much different from Arena-focused lists as rares in tabletop can be a dime while they all cost the same, valuable wildcard on Arena.
