TuneCore Reviews

  1. Use distrokid insteas

They charge you $10 per single, per year to keep it uploaded and 50 for an album (30 for the first year), so lets say you have 2 albums and 5 singles up, that's $110 for the first year and $150 every year after that, compared to distrokids $20 and unlimited uploads. And if you want to retrieve your files, they charge you a support fee. Distrokid is a flat rate of $20 per year and let's you upload as much as you want, and has a vault where they store all your album covers, audio files and metadata and any other extra details and they let you get them for free

    🏁 Competitors: DistroKid
    👍 Pros:    Good support
    👎 Cons:    Expensive

Not at all, actually! I use a service called OneRPM that does the distribution for free. The process is super straightforward and they distribute the album literally everywhere. 10/10 would highly recommend! Source: over 2 years ago
  • Social media reacts to Spotify CEO wanting to buy Arsenal FC: “Pay the artists first”
Depends on your country, but places like https://onerpm.com/ can automatically distribute to so many, including Spotify, Tidal, Apple, as well as Chinese ones too (my friend just published his new album and it was on a Chinese platform which he had no clue about). Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Another reupload of BOTW: Diamond Cobra/White Fox is up
If you go to RLM's page it says "ONErpm Light" took it down. They do digital distribution and rights management. Source: almost 3 years ago
