  • Is it possible to log workouts via the Web interface?
Hevyapp.com lol, if you log into your account you should be met with a web interface for making routines. Source: 8 months ago
  • Trying out Hevy with my clients. My Thoughts
On the web interface, your can nest your workouts into folder so that they're easy to track and organize. For example if you're on a PPL 6 week meso-cycle you can create every workout for the next 6 weeks on hevy.com . But once synced to the Apple Watch the folders just become a flat list which you have to scroll through to find the right workout. Would be nice if folder structure transferred to apple watch . • What's your #1 ADHD life hack?
Not saying it works for everyone, but the system I have worked out for myself is strength training 3-5 days/week during my lunch break at work. I have an hour lunch, so I can usually work in about 30 min of exercise, and I eat at my desk after. I use fitbod to generate workouts for me. It's not perfect, but I can easily change the workout based on what I'm feeling. It also keeps track of your workouts and can post... Source: 8 months ago
  • Fitness app review
I've started using a new fitness app, Fitbod (https://fitbod.me/). I've only logged a couple workouts so far but am a pretty big fan of the app right away. My favorite thing is that I can set up multiple "gyms" in the app and define what each equipment has in it (my crappy station gym vs my decent home gym vs the local commercial gym I go to) and have it auto-generate workouts for me. It's smart enough to know... Source: 10 months ago
  • Ottawa personal trainer/fitness coach
Now I workout at home and I use Fitbod that’s almost like a virtual personal trainer. You could try the free trial while you find a trainer. Source: 11 months ago
  • Do you need a trainer when hitting the gym?
I really liked FitBod. It's $79.99/year. You can select the equipment available to you, and the app will generate the relevant workouts, adapting over time. Source: 11 months ago
  • Ask HN: People who strength train from home can you describe your journey?
For what it’s worth, I’ll mention what works for me. I have no interest in any companies or products mentioned below other than using them and finding them useful. I’ve weight-trained for decades and switched up my routine during the pandemic. I have only a small room available at home for this, which I also use as an office and music studio. So, not a lot of space. I bought a pair of Bowflex SelectTech 552s... - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
