Hevyapp.com lol, if you log into your account you should be met with a web interface for making routines. Source: 8 months ago
On the web interface, your can nest your workouts into folder so that they're easy to track and organize. For example if you're on a PPL 6 week meso-cycle you can create every workout for the next 6 weeks on hevy.com . But once synced to the Apple Watch the folders just become a flat list which you have to scroll through to find the right workout. Would be nice if folder structure transferred to apple watch . Hey oneman_aus! No known memory issues at the moment. Would you mind reaching out to me so I can investigate the issue further? Desmond at hevyapp.com. Source: almost 2 years ago
There's tonnes of fantastic resources on youtube. Personally I recommend a channel called Renaissance Periodisation. They have a number of videos of people demonstrating various machines, and then more in depth videos on how to fix common technique problems. For routines, there's a website called boostcamp.app which has tonnes of routines put together by the community for beginners and up. Source: 11 months ago
I suggest downloading the Boostcamp app which does this all for you automatically: https://boostcamp.app/. Source: over 1 year ago
