If a GUI is important to you, try out hestiacp.com. Never used it but I heard only good stuff about it, it has one centralized UI from which you can set up everything. The good thing is it's open source and supports both Nginx and Nginx + Apache, although I recommend going with Nginx + FastCGI for caching, so no plugin is needed. Source: 11 months ago
I know there is Hestia Control Panel which is a script that downloads everything (NGinx + Wordpress + Php + MariaDB) on Debian/Ubuntu (I'm using Ubuntu) and that seems like the fastest way to get it setup. It even includes auto SSL certificate creation/renewal which is great. Hello. So I am looking into a VPS and it costs an additional $10/ for cpanel. I looked at some free options and zPanel and "control web panel" (https://control-webpanel.com/) seem to look like good free options. What do you think? Could I get some suggestions? If you aren't in this to learn a lot, you may want to also consider a web hosting control panel like cPanel (not free), DirectAdmin(not free), webmin + virtualmin (free for multiple sites, virtualmin Pro is not free), Centos webpanel (not FOSS but free for non-Pro), Hestia control panel (FOSS), Plesk Obsidian (not free).
