  Yeaaaaaa something’s up with your resume. I applied to like 50 places and got ~10 interviews, 1 offer. I go to a mediocre state school school with a notoriously bad CS program.   I'm in no position to give advice but I felt that having a good CV and people skills definitely helped me. I used resume.io for my CV and cover letter, and can definitely recommend it.
