Thanks for all of the feedback on this topic, I'm just the type of guy that has always liked trying out new & different software and applications. Of course I'm not a software developer but as far as the fairemail application is concerned, it's technically at least 'partially' cloud based because I remember when I first setup my valid email accounts it asks for permissions from the email vendors such as gmail.... You may want to take a look at bluemail.me, if it is free for personal use and it seems to support EWS/Exchange. Source: over 1 year ago
Go to https://bluemail.me/ then click the arrow next to "Download Snap" and choose your option. I am using POP and downloaded the RPM versions and clicking on it in my downloads folder started the installation process. Source: over 1 year ago
Https://bluemail.me/ works well, propriety license and free to use. Source: about 2 years ago
Bluemail (worked flawlessly; but I can't find reviews about it, So I stopped using it and deleted it from the Azure Apps. Is anyone using this? Is it safe/unsafe? This works best out of the box including calendar). Source: over 2 years ago
Yes, of course you can. I am aware of this app but I have not yet fully tested it. I know about K-9 Mail too. Also not tested. Source: over 1 year ago
I agree because I need to test it. I am aware of K-9 Mail and FairMail though. Source: over 1 year ago
I've rebooted quite a few times. Updated the app too. I don't use a VPN. I installed k9-mail to test and that works without problems. https://github.com/k9mail/k-9. Source: about 2 years ago
On Android the usual recommendations are FairEmail or K-9 Mail. Both are fully open source and privacy focused, it basically comes down to your personal preference. For them to work with your Google Account you will probably have to create an app password. Source: almost 3 years ago
