We did a furnished short-term rental from Blueground. I think the website is theblueground.com. There is also Hello Landing but it seems more expensive. We've been doing a lot of hiking and the beach which is free. We've also found a few good thrift stores near Fairfax and Melrose. Source: about 2 years ago
I may need some furnished short term housing, like a month or two, while I figure some stuff out. Has anyone tried https://zeusliving.com/ or https://www.hellolanding.com? Source: over 1 year ago
I've used Zeus Living - I had no credit history, so they asked for a pay stub. They had awesome customer support, I highly recommend them! Source: over 1 year ago
You can try Zeus. It's somewhere between airbnb and traditional apartment, but requires 30-day minimum stay and you can stay for a year+. There is a background check component, but there's no mention of a credit check. Might be worth checking out. Source: over 1 year ago
I’ve used Zeus ( https://zeusliving.com ) before for a 3 month rental out in Santa Clara. Decently priced (with Covid discounts) and responsive support team. Source: over 2 years ago

Blueground has established a presence in many of the large scale nationally managed complexes as well as smaller local buildings. Zeus tends to be more unique with more smaller scale buildings (15-50 units) with larger scale (100 + units) buildings in large cities.
Zeus includes all utilities and wifi in the rental price Blueground Charges an additional utilities & wifi fee Zeus bills long term stays monthly at the same rate Blueground adds surcharging when not paying up front
Blueground definitely has more selection
Ive used both and am currently long term in Zeus, it depends on your price point. Both have equal quality furnishings but blueground has more kitchen items. Zeus provides a one time free slew of items such as trash bags, coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish detergent, hand soap and even N95 face masks and hand sanitizer! Blueground has a fewer of these items. I also noticed that Zeus has way more free parking at its properties where Blueground seem charge at all properties even when the community does not.
I recommend - Zeus Living.
